. How do I buy
e-currency?
It is easy to fund your e-currency
account, all you need to do is use the Buy
e-currency order form. You then need to choose what
option you are going to use. You can either send funds
via International Bank Wire or Western
Union. International bank wires are available to send
from every bank in the world and cost about $25 - $30.
We accept bank wires from ANY bank in ANY country. Our
charges start from 1.79%. When you submit an order we
send you our payment details. You can only send cleared
funds to a Me-gold bank account (i.e. we do not accept
bank drafts or cheques). Work out how much to send us

for buying e-currency. When we receive the money,
we will send the e-currency to your account.

. How do I purchase
e-currency using a Credit/Debit Card?
We do not accept Credit or Debit
cards as a form of payment at the moment but we plan to
introduce them in the near future.

. How to I transfer
e-currency back to cash?
To get e-currency transferred to
cash is easy, all you need to do is sell it to us. Fill
out the Sell
e-currency order form and send us your e-currency.
We in turn send the value to you via international bank
wire or Western
Union. There maybe fees, commissions and special offers
regarding this service, depending on the amount and the
particular e-currency you are selling, so please check
the Exchange
rates for details or use
our Calculators
for selling e-currency.

. How to I convert
or exchange one e-currency to another e-currency?
To get e-currency transferred/exchanged/converted
into another e-currency is easy. Fill out the Exchange
e-currency order form and send us the e-currency you
are converting. When we receive the e-currency, we will
complete the order.

Due to fraud risks and high charges
we do not accept PayPal or Moneybookers. We do not trade
with StormPay or PICPay either. We accept only bank wire
transfers and Western
Union.

Absolutely not. We will not reveal
any information about you to third parties.

include my e-currency account name and other details?
We ask you to include your account
name and account number to double check we are spending
your e-currency to the right account! We ask for other
details in order to verify who you are. We may decide
to contact you, verifying your order.

about problems or questions regarding my orders?
You need to contact
our support team. We do not have a telephone call
centre as we conduct all our communication via e-mail.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

return, refund and cancellation policy?
If you believe you have made a payment
in error or have any other issues or questions related
to your payment history with Me-gold, please contact
our support team.
We GUARANTEE your satisfaction at Me-gold. We provide
all our members with a refund, return and/or exchange
policy on all trades.
If you cancel your order or change your mind about buying
before we actually process the order there is no charge
to cancel. If you have sent your payment to us, we can
return your funds less any bank or financial institution
transaction fees.
Once we have completed an order and sent a confirmation
e-mail, the transaction may not be cancelled.
